Amid a devastating crisis in Haiti, Freedom Imaginaries calls on Jamaica and CARICOM to establish a regional rights-based framework to ensure the protection of Haitian refugees and asylum seekers in the Caribbean in line with principles of humanitarian assistance, protection, cooperation, and international solidarity.
