About the Hub

The Caribbean Climate and Environmental Justice Hub strives to accelerate and build a community of practice around rights-based approaches to structural climate and environmental injustices in the region, with a focus on sacrifice zones. The Hub's work is normatively grounded in the RRED Framework (Framework for Rights-based Reparatory Environmental Democracy) - a set of rights-based principles for Preventing, Recognising, Repairing, and Transforming sacrifice zones.
