The Framework for Rights-based Reparatory Environmental Democracy - RRED Framework - is a set of principles and tools for advancing climate and environmental justice through the core pillars of Rights, Reparations, and Environmental Democracy. The RRED Framework incorporates a cross-cutting focus on equality and non-discrimination.
